Linen and Twigs

Well hello there…Are you ready for spring? I am definitely getting there. I’ve been staying pretty busy cleaning out things and freshening up stuff. I’ve been slowly going through drawers and closets when the urge hits. I even cleaned out my herb garden to get ready for planting. The weather is not quite ready for that yet so I have had to turn my attention to bringing some green indoors instead.

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I thought it would be a good time add some green to my decor. I love the color green!!! It’s a color that could double as a neutral or add a pop of color. It adds life to a space and goes with just about any color.

Speaking of life…my favorite way to add some green is with plants. Even if they’re not real plants (mine are a mix or real and faux), it adds life to a space.

The other way I like to add green to a space is with vintage books. I love, love, love vintage books and am especially drawn to green ones!

Another way of adding a spring touch to the home is with nests. It brings in more of the outside.
